While most tourists come to Cádiz to soak up some sun rays and bathe in the cool ocean waters, a few of us try to make a difference. Earlier in the week a group of our students decided to volunteer and help clean up Santa María Beach, which is one of the main areas where we have had some of our fondest memories of the trip. We applaud the efforts of those who chose to protect the local environment and set an example for others to emulate.
